收藏着录： 故宫书画录（卷八），第四册，页140 收藏着录： 故宫书画图录，第二十二册，页246-253 内容简介（中文）： 这套册页以每开为一单元的方式，画二十四孝的故事。各开中右图左文，图选择以故事中的一段主要情节为主题，末幅有明四大家之一仇英（约西元一四九四－一五五二年）的款印。虽然这本画册画得相当精细，但缺少了仇英画作中常见的典雅细致。此外文字部分虽然有文征明（一四七Ο－一五九九）与许初（十六世纪）的题字与印章，但书法风格与印章都与二人有别，所以这件作品应是后人伪讬之作。 内容简介（英文）： Truly FilialAttributed to Ch’iu Ying (ca. 1494-1552)Ming Dynasty This album includes one episode illustrated per leaf, depicting stories of the Twenty-four Paragons of Filial Piety. In each leaf, the text appears with the painting to its right. Illustrations are based on the main part of each story. The last leaf bears the seal and signature of Ch’iu Ying, one of the Four Masters of the Ming. Though this album was painted with precision, it still lacks the classical delicacy related to Ch’iu Ying’s paintings. Furthermore, the text also includes the inscriptions and seal impressions of Wen Cheng-ming (1470-1559) and Hsü Ch’u (16th century). However, the calligraphy and seals here differ from those associated with these two figures. Thus, this work was probably by a later hand with Ch’iu Ying’s name added to it.
